• Financial/Investment Analyst
  
  Must have Masters in Business Administration with concentration Finance or Investment. CFA is preferred.
  At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in financial, business and investment analysis

  Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

• Assistant Manager Business Development /Marketing
  
  Must Must have Bachelors in Civil Engineering or MBA with specialization in Marketing.
  At least 7-10 years of sales & marketing experience in a reputable construction material supplier in Saudi Arabia specially in the Eastern Province
  Must be familiar with construction development (Private or Government Projects) in Saudi Arabia (specially in Eastern Province)
  Must have strong Arabic and English communication skills
  Saudi Nationals are preferred for this job, however, candidate with transferable iqama can also apply.
• Assistant Manager Administration
  
  The candidate must be a Saudi National.
  Bachelors in Business Administration from a reputable university. MBA will be a plus
  At least 7-10 years of hands on experience in a proactive Administration Role with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
  Song knowledge of Administration principles and procedures including Saudi Labor Law, employee relations etc.
  Must have good relationship with government authorities

  The candidate should have Bachelors Degree from a reputable institute.
  He must have at least 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience specifically in facilities or mall.
  The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have good communication skills both in Arabic and English.
• Maintenance Manager
  
  The candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical from a reputable institute.
  He must have at least 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience specifically in facilities or mall.

• Purchasing Coordinator
  
  B.S.C. Commerce or Accounts  Degree
  5 Years experience in Local and Foreign purchases
  Knowledge & experience of banking transactions and Customs Clearance documents

  B.S.C. The candidate should have Bachelors Degree from a reputable institute and have good understanding of AutoCAd. He must have at least 4-6  years of relevant experience .

  Bachelors degree in Accounts or commerce
  Minimum 3-4 years of Accounts experience
  Must have airline or Travel industry experience in the same field

  Bachelors The candidate must have Secondary School certificate.
  Must be Saudi national and have at least five years of experience as Head of Security.
