Qualification required as follows:

As a part of SKAB’s ongoing effort in hiring and developing Saudi Nationals,we are looking for both experienced and fresh candidates in following functions:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

·         Marketing Professional (for females only)
  • Must have Masters in Business Administration in Marketing.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Sector.
  • Collaborative professional style, experience of working in a team and multi tasking ability.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design Marketing model including request for proposals, evaluation mechanism, and presentation to higher management..
  • Possess skill combination in the areas of marketing, sales and business development.
  • Strong writing and creative skills.
  • Bilingual preferred: Arabic and English languages. English required.

·         Manager Tours Development
  • Ensure that new contacts are established and followed up 
     with a view to promoting leisure sales.
  • Ensure proposals and quotations are prepared, delivered
     and subsequently followed up.
  • Develop Tour Packages for both high and low seasons, Honeymoon Packages,
     Educational, MICE & retail Packages.
  • Prepare brochures and ensure their distribution to all existing
     and prospective clients.
  • Establish leisure sales targets and budget in coordination
     with the General Manager and ensure that these targets are met.
  • Contact tour operators and obtain tariffs and package rates
     and get that most competitive rates are obtained.
  • Develop a proper area marketing plan for leisure sales
     and ensure its implementation in coordination with the management.
  • Update hotel tariffs and other tour package rates.
The candidate must have University Degree / Diploma in Travel
or Tourism related courses.
He / She must have minimum 5 -7 years work experience
with at least 3 years in Supervisory or Managerial duties.
Fluency in spoken and written English (Knowledge of the Arabic language
is an added advantage).

 ·         Risk Management Specialist 
  • Advise management on any risks to the profitability or existence of the company.
  • Identify and assess threats, put plans in place for if things go wrong
     and decide how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.
  • Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process
  • Analyze risks as well as identifying, describing
     and estimating the risks affecting the business;
  • Must have strong knowledge and expertise  in a number of areas
     including enterprise risk, corporate governance, regulatory and operational risk,
     business continuity, information and security risk, technology risk, and
     market and credit risk.
Candidate should have Masters in Business Administration
from a recognized university.
At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in financial, business
and operational risk.
Have Good understanding of various business operations. 

 ·          Sales Staff (FMCG Sector) 
with FMCG Experience in the following areas:
  • Key Accounts
  • Whole Sales &
  • Catering
The candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant experience and bachelors degree.
He must have strong knowledge of the KSA market and have good speaking skills
in both English and Arabic.

·         Travel Counselors
Bachelors degree in from a reputable institute
Must have 3-5 years of experience of a reputable airline agency
Must have Knowledge of global distribution system i.e., AMEDUS /GALIE / SABRE
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Arabic.

* Priority will be given to Saudi Nationals on all above positions.
* Expatriate candidates should have a transferrable iqama.
