North Jeddah City Cleaning Project (Completed)
Deals with the collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste from the most prestigious North Jeddah area with excess of 70 Royal Palaces, the most popular tourist areas and the most up-market residential and shopping districts which include majority of the seaside.
Saudia City Project (Current)
Saudi Airlines’ Head Office compound’s maintenance contract for Civil, A/C & appliances and Telephone exchange and TV network.
Sheikh Zayed Palace Project (Current)
All civil works, all kind of maintenance, external and internal renovation etc. for Sheikh Zayed Palace (belongs to UAE) located in North Jeddah.
Operation and Maintenance of King Abdul Aziz Airport Building and Facilities (Completed)
Operates and maintains King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah. The works includes North and South Terminals, Royal Terminal, and the related housing units and all civil and electro-mechanical works as well as air-conditioning of these buildings.
KAIA Computer Services Project (Completed)
Provides technical manpower in the various fields of computer technologies, operation and maintenance of computer systems at KAIA, Jeddah. Its proven expertise in technical services including research into new technologies within the contract through subcontract with government accredited companies/agents and of requested consumable materials within the scope of the contract.
Operation and Maintenance of National Guard Residential City (Completed)
Consists of nearly five thousand housing units together with all public facilities
Operation, Maintenance and Development of Meteorology and Environmental Protection Agency – MEPA (Completed)
Carried out the Operation and Maintenance of technical equipment for MEPA all over the kingdom. The scope of the works includes operation of all MEPA facilitates as well as development of MEPA projects.
Laying of communication cables for the Peace Shield Project, a joint venture with AT&T (Completed)
As a continuation of its participation in the Peace Shield Project, group had executed a contract with AT&T Company. The works include survey, excavation, levelling laying fiber optic cables, coupling joints, checkout and handover. The sites of works are in the Air-Force bases all over the kingdom.
Peace Shield Program (Completed)
As a member of the Boeing Aerospace team that was selected to design, install and commission a unique command, communication and control system to upgrade the ground portion of the Royal Saudi Air Force Defense network. The system incorporated a command operations center in Riyadh, 5 sector command centers, 2 base operations centers, 5 HF receive and 5HF transmit sites, a standalone ground entry station, 17 long range radar sites, mobile telephone network, 20 line of sight towers and central training and maintenance facilities. The contract responsibilities include program planning and control, installation and checkout of radars. Business program management, logistic management, calibration and certification of test equipment, O&M of the real property installed equipment, procurement of equipment and materials, Air logistics including the provision of dedicated aircraft, custodial maintenance, team support and Saudi Training.
