Eng Abdul Raheem Basaif is the General Manager of SKAB Operation and Maintenance.

Eng Abdul Raheem Basaif holds Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University along with Certification in Quality Management and also special certification in Operation and Maintenance. He is also a member of Saudi Engineering Council.
